1.2 Mission

The channel will aim to attract a broad range of viewers with a wide variety of spiritual programming, including Kirtan , Katha, Banis, to cultural such as cooking, yoga and discussion shows. The channel will remain permanently free to air.

There is a strong need for media representation for Sikhs and The Sikh Channel will fill this gap.

Unbiased and quality programming -As the managing team are not associated with any jatha bandi and are not politically influenced, therefore programming will be impartial to all sects and will promote all equally. Furthermore SikhWorld TV will represent Sikhs from all over the globe, thus international production will be a core theme on the channel.

Broad Based Appeal SikhWorld TV will take the broad approach of appealing to all members of society, irrespective of age or religion. We will attract the youth and non Sikhs alike by translating majority of programming and promoting youth discussion shows.
